Every child deserves

love and care.

We at KHUBA CHARITIES believe that every child deserves people who care about them, and we collaborate and work together in order to make each child feel loved and personally cared for.

For 2020 we are providing housing cost for 60+ orphans ages 2-22 in Moshi, Tanzania, and planning to help them build a new permanant facility in 2021! We need your help to do it!

About Us

KHUBA is the Aramaic word for ‘love’ and that’s our purpose.

KHUBA Charities is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of children and their caregivers in orphanages around the world, by focusing on improved facilities, sustainable food and energy projects, and education. Working with orphans in Ukraine, Honduras, and Tanzania has been a joy for us, and we look forward to continue supporting our old friends as well as new friends in the future. We love ALL people, especially children! Our work is done by volunteers, allowing us to give every cent donated to those who need it.

How is your donation being used?

Improved Facilities.

Building kitchens, bathrooms, shelters, schools, and playgrounds provides an environment where kids can feel safe, playful and loved.

We bought 250 chicks at Msmaria Center for Street Children. Extra eggs can be sold at market. June 2019

Sustainable Projects.

As we meet with the local community, we work together to develop projects that can become self-sustaining for long-term resources. For example, we built a small tilapia fish farm in Limon, Honduras, and bought chicks in Moshi, Tanzania. Both provided protein for the children and income for expenses.

Education is vitally important in supporting the dreams that each child has, as well as joyful, hopeful living. January 2020

Education.

Education can make a lasting impact on a community. Often children are unable to attend school because there is no money for tuition and a uniform. We seek to fund the education for every child who needs this financial support.

In a real sense all life is inter-related. All men are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be, and you can never be what you ought to be until I am what I ought to be...
This is the inter-related structure of reality.”
